Fuel

The brief was to design a brand and campaign for an enrichment programme for  Oasis Schools. The idea behind this concept is that whatever you have an interest or passion for – to develop it, it needs to be fed: to be fueled.

The name has an association with flammability, which is dangerous and exciting. It talks about the feeling, the process and the intent, rather than the activity and therefore taps into the real desire and emotion behind the action. It also has diversity and equality of its use. Whether you fuel your mind through programming computer code, or fueling your ambition by pushing your body to it’s limits, you still need drive and determination to succeed.
One can also interpret the term as an act of provision, which should challenge those in a position to volunteer and feed the enthusiasm of the students.
