There is a large centre in Bristol run by the Salvation Army, dedicated to housing the homeless. I was approached to create a simple piece of marketing material which would explain in non-institutionalized terms the details of the service that is offered which can be distributed to both potential clients, and the public to create awareness for fund raising.
